The Spruce Slingshot was a new design for the 2019.20 season. It's a "V-shape" design with a wide tip with rocker and a narrower tail. Testing by our Pro Staff riders has shown this to be an extremely versatile board that can handle hardpack, ice, powder and moguls. This board rides with a very precise feel and will carve "no skid"  turns whenever asked to. The "weight forward" position is used whenever snow is smooth hard-pack or ice. With the rider's weight forward, the edge on the wide tip pulls the board into the next turn  giving a more precise and aggressive carved turn feeling.

When snow is soft, relatively loose and mostly unpacked, the rider can sit back more.  In deeper powder, the wide rockered tip provides lift at the front of the board and turns can be made easily .
