Information we Need to Complete Your Order

Once you have pushed  "Add to Cart" buttons and are on the 'Secure Checkout'  page, you'll notice that there is a text box at the bottom left of the page 'Note to Seller (Optional)'. You can use this box to send us the personal information that we need to set the binding length for your boots and the release values of the bindings.
We need the boot sole length of your boots which is a number molded in the heel of each boot. It's in millimeters and is three digits in length. See the picture for reference. If you don't currently have boots or your boots are not accessible, send us your street shoe size and we'll get close with that. You can then have any ski shop do the final adjustment once you have your boots.
We also need your height, weight, skiing ability (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and whether you are under or over 50 years of age. With that information, we can set the release values correctly on the bindings.

Because we are a small semi-custom specialty retailer, we're always happy to have direct contact with our customers when they place an order.  This allows us to answer questions and to get the personal information needed to mount and adjust ski bindings correctly.
We always want to provide accurate information and opinions about our products and to help customers decide which products best fit their needs. We'll give you our opinion of how a product fits or doesn't fit your situation based on the experience that similar customers have had with the product. If we have concerns that one of our products is not for you, we'll say so.

You can reach us at 603-491-9331 10 A.M. to 10 P.M. EST any day of the week. We also answer all emails promptly.

International orders must be initiated with an email from you so we can quote shipping costs accurately. We ship via USPS to all countries. A note for international customers: We do not collect
duty, VAT or other local charges as part of the order you place with us. You will be responsible for those when your order arrives.
